Yes! gspawn.net is currently in Beta and completely free to use. We're still building and improving the platform, so your feedback is invaluable during this phase.

Being in Beta means some features are still in development and you may encounter occasional bugs or downtime. In return, you get full access at no cost. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to report any issues you find.

We haven't set a fixed end date for the Beta yet. We'll notify users well in advance before any paid plans are introduced, so you won't be surprised.

Yes, your world and save data are stored separately from the server process. Restarting the server will not delete your progress.

We take data security seriously. Your account information and server data are stored securely. We do not share your data with third parties.

We plan to give users options to migrate or continue their servers when Beta ends. We won't delete your data without prior notice and enough time to act.

We currently support Valheim, Palworld, V Rising, Enshrouded, Satisfactory, and Factorio, with more titles being added regularly. Keep an eye on our announcements for the latest additions.

First, try restarting your server from the dashboard. If the issue persists, use the support form on your server's page to describe the problem — our team will get back to you as soon as possible. You can also reach us instantly on our Discord community where other users and staff can help.
